WOW, I've been in this situation before and it's not easy. You don't want to get fired, you certainly don't want to quit and then have to explain it to a future employer either. I'd suggest that he quietly - not on company time - start getting his feelers out there for a new job. Many times these kinds of people have done some good in the company and they just totally abuse their power because they know the company won't take action against them - the problem is - everyone they work with will eventually quit. I'd just quietly find another job and then submit my resignation.

Yay for you guys! You're going to have a blast! Magic Kingdom is a great place. It really isn't worth to dine in Cinderella's Castle...they used to allow kids there but I'm not sure if they still do so it's okay to p it up. The girls would probably love a visit to the Bibbity-Boppity Boutique where they can get dolled up like Princesses. Obviously you have to hit the rides. There's a Mickey's Playhouse area for younger kids with age appropriate rides and activities. The younger ones may get freaked out by the Characters in costumes (just a warning). Definitely take your cameras, hats, sunscreen, and an umbrella just in case cause our weather guys aren't always correct. Swimwear as well and if you want to save some money pack some of your own drinks and snacks. I'd take a backpack and not one of those fanny pack things btw LOL. Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and MGM are really all about shows and not so much on rides. The shows are great for everyone too and a good way to cool-down and rest! OK, I owned a Dell computer and bought it from the Dell web site. It lasted just until the warranty went out. The motherboard quit working. Dell offered to fix it for more than I paid for the new computer. So, I bought a new HP and it has been fine. As far as the extra components, you probably should get them, Not sure if you need the modem but it's better to have a few extra things now than need them later. That can get expensive. I've recently had an unconditional offer from Leeds metropolitan university to study Fine art, I've sorted out my money, accommodation and know what to expect from the course . I absolutely love black women with natural hair. I think it's so much more attractive and beautiful. My daughter is mixed and had very unique hair, to say the least. I don't perm or relax it. I make sure her scalp is moisterized and comb her hair with a wide tooth comb and let it go. I think it looks awesome and kept, but still age appropriate. at twelve years old gelding may or may not help. He can still exhibit stallion like behavior because of the age gelded. He needs a job, and worked. Mares/stallions can smell each other from ten miles away, so mare/stallion being close to each other isn't the problem. Give him a job, work him, tie him in the corner of his stall if his behavior is not acceptable, this works for mine. Of course, do not turn him out with a shared fence, that will only aggravate it, and don't turn him out with the mares. My boyfriend was caught doing a doughnut in a Target parking lot. He has never recieved a ticket or any violation/been pulled over since he got his License 6 years ago. How do I get my son to love me again?

My son was born Jan 24th he is 9 wks old today. To make a long story short my son has really bad colic and we give him tummy soothers to help. Anyway me and my son were just fine until my mom lost her job and came to live with us. At first she was just really helpful. Before she came I had my own routine and was able to put my baby to bed myself. Then the colic kicked in and sense I had to go back to work two weeks after my c-section she keeps him during the day. I have some family members who will do anything just to save money! The scoop is my cousin got married in July and my aunt spent $15,000 total on the wedding. Basically my cousin married a man twice her age that no one has met because she is pregnant. I have been trying to astral project for about a week now. I do every step that I am suppose to I even feel the "floating" feeling. But I don't remember anything if I actually astral project. My 2 yr old son is acting out terribly, is it me? what do i do?

My son will be 3 in April and he will not listen to ANYTHING I ask him to do. He is acting out at preschool and I even got a note from the teacher yesterday saying that he was slapping and kicking his friends, tearing books, not listening, yelling at teachers, and running out of the room. The other morning i was getting ready for work and he had just woken up and was holding himself so I told him to go potty (which by the way he is perfectly trained) and he yelled NO! so i ignored it since it was 6:30am and went to finish getting ready. he walks in the bathroom and asks for candy (valentine candy) i said "kobe we dont eat candy in the morning, i will get you some yogurt" he then slams his toy and blanket down on my foot and broke the head off of his 30 dollar toy. i take him in the living room and sit him on the sofa when i notice a hole in my wall! which im uming came from him throwing something. im completely lost. i feel like im trying my hardest to guide him in the right direction. i work a full time job and im a single mom, i dont get to spend a whole lot of time with him and i wonder if that has anything to do with him acting out. I recently had my blood work done to get life insurance. When the nurse called to schedule the blood work I thought it was odd she said to fast for only 6 hours before the test. Isn't it normally a 12 hour fast when your cholesterol is tested? I feel like I've been tricked, obviously this works in their favor, they are telling me I'm going to have to pay an extra 25$ a month because my cholesterol came back in the 230 range. Can I demand a re-test? Can I have my normal family doctor do the bloodwork instead of the insurance company. I am also on Wellbutrin XL, and was told that is another reason the premium went up. Why do they do this when I'm getting help for the problem, it seems like as soon as someone hears you have depression your automatically a nut job and want to commit suicide.

i totally agree with you. i was 12 when i started and thought i was crazy for doing it. i had never heard of anyone else cutting before. i still do it to this day, i'm 26, and its an addiction for me. it's all i think about until i'm done. it's a nice rush then i'm relaxed. i love the feel of whatever i'm using on my skin, the burning and stinging and watching the blood come out. and even after, when they're sore and tight feeling, i love it. yeah i'm weird i guess. If you're talking about pain from the entrance being tight and unstretchy, it's better to do it naturally and do a lot of in advance over a number of days. (Pro-tip: trim your damn fingernails!) Start with the pinky if necessary, then work your way to the thumb. It's even better if she fingers herself and stretches herself a few times a day at home. Once she can handle two fingers together (man's middle and index) then the next step will be his . She may get a minor skin tear along the entrance (closer to her rear) which will be painful when stretched even a little and moreso if salt from sweat gets in. Give it 3 days to heal each time that happens, but try to have every 3 or 4 days to keep that skin down there a bit stretchy. If you don't have for a while (2 weeks+) it can tighten back up, and she'll have to go back through getting those tiny tears that sting. I'm a bit thicker than average (not a lot) and like to last a while, which produces more tears; these guidelines have reduced my female companions' discomfort and eventually allowed me to have with them frequently and for longer periods of time.

Should I stain or paint my stair bannister and handrail.?

I have just put in new handrail bannisters and spindles. Unfortunately I bought the PINE bannisters and handrail first and fitted them. By the time I came to fit the spindles I could not get hold of the ones in Pine so I bought HEMLOCK one's, thinking it wouldn't matter as I would gloss them. Now they are in they look so nice and not noticeable that I have used 2 different woods, I want to stain or varnish them. Why is the base necessary when building a patio out of irregular natural stone?

I intend to build a stone patio approx. 20' X 20' in a frost region. I've researched the varieties--pavers, patterned natural stone, etc. All types require first laying a base-- from a couple inches of sand in some cases, to 3-4" of an aggregate base, then topping with 2" of sand/screening material in other cases. I, however, am envisioning placing irregular natural stones (sandstone or bluestone) with spacing of approx 1-2" with moss or other small ground cover plants in between the stones. Why is a base necessary? If my ground is already level, why can't I just set the stones down or dig out the depth of the stones and set them level with the ground? Is is a drainage problem? I'm very curious. Thanks in advance.

JetDoc nailed it. Flight school isn't about how awesome you are, but rather how well you can pay for it. Some colleges offer flight programs and aviation degrees, and for that, it's the same as getting into any college. Good grades, impress your teachers in high school, etc. But for just a private flying school, anyone with the cash can get lessons. For me, it cost about $8,000 to get my private pilot license. My friends who are commercial pilots say that their total training ended up costing close to $100,000.

My friend always seems to list my flaws and tell me how they hurt her feelings or etc. But then turns around and says how she loves me for who I am. How can she if she always points out my flaws or things that makes me, me and wants to change them? I'm at the end of my ropes and really thinking about my ending my friendship with her. Walk like a girl?

My grandmother got custody of me when i was 12 yrs old. since then (now 23), i have been with her. For years i had got teased even by family for the way i walked. They said most often that i walked like A MAN! straight up and down with my shoulders all the way back, very stiff. Last year after i lost my virginity and the guy stopped talking to me, i made an effort to try to be more feminin, including trying to walk more like a girl. I slouched my shoulders over more and arched my back to the point of being painful at times to make my stick out more. I also added a twist. lately my knee has been killing me and my lower back hurts when i'm up too long. My shoulders are wide for a female, i have big , and a not much . So i figured it would probably look more appealing if i hunched more and twist more, try to imitate other female walks. But more than ever its starting to be uncomfortable. I'm not a tea partier but those bloggers who suggested that Joe Stack was somehow affiliated simply blows my mind. If you've read his diatribe, you'd know that he didn't mention one word about Obama. He actually railed against Bush and congress. But you know what guys? The Tea Party is becoming more and more attractive to me and alot of Americans. So back in July i took a position at my workplace (I'm an LPN at a nursing home) In which I have more responsibility, and am basically doing some of the office nurse work one day per week as well as doing all of the skin measurements weekly (basically I am the skin/treatment nurse every monday) I began this job the 2nd week in july with only one week of minimal on the job training...i was never really taught what to do in this position, just got the basics. the facility i work at did not have a policy and procedure manual for me to reference. In the beginning of September we had our state survey and we got deficiencies because of some of the things I was not taught and did not know to do, but i was the one held responsible for these. now i am under a microscope as the state will be back soon to check and make sure things are being correctly now, well today a sheet proving that i had measured a wound every ( and proved to the state surveyors that i WAS doing my job) came up missing out of a three ring binder that everyone in the facility has access to, immediately i was the one held responsible for this being missing. i was basically told i HAD to find it or i would be in huge trouble when the state came back to check on our deficiencies. eventually i did find this missing paper and I WAS NOT the person who misplaced it, I don't feel that the administration was in any way fair to me in saying it was my fault before knowing the facts. Anymore i just dread going to work, i am in a bad mood all the time, and today i just broke down and bawled my eyes out in the med room in the middle of my shift, i cringe when my phone rings thinking it may be my job. What should i do, any advice should i stick it out and try to work with my DON and the administration to get past all of this or should i just pack it up and move along...any constructive advice would be much appreciated.

Which one of these 2 machina decks should i run competetively?

The first one, but you should make a couple changes. In that first deck, I'm uming you're using Machina Force as discard fodder for Machina Fortress. That being said, you should also include a couple copies of Shredder, which is a handy lvl 4 machine that helps keep your opponent's field clear. Machina Peacekeeper is pretty useless, so I would ditch those. I would also recommend losing your Dimensional Prisons and replacing them with Royal Oppressions. I think you should add 1 more copy of each gadget, and get rid of a copy of Machina Armored Unit, Solidarity, and Smashing Ground, because it seems like your hand could get clogged with spells.
