Why do teen girls dress inappropriate?

its because thats what they think looks nice on them. or maybe they do wanna atract the opposite . it all depends. i mean whenever you wore sumtin like that it was prob because you thought it looked nice on you too. so yea. as the song goes (they can do whatever they like). sorry im listenin to dat rite now. lol
