I keep having dreams that are extremely realistic.?

A night or two ago, i had a dream that a ghost/spirt was whispering to me but im not exactly sure what they said. It was really realistic. It didnt even feel like a dream because everything was just black. Then about a week ago, I had a dream that i was at a library and this librarian was screaming to my face but i actually felt her pressed up against my forehead. Does anyone know what these dreams or what these types of dreams are called?
