Why don't we intern Muslims?

Because it would be worse, Islam is a religion not a race or ethnic group. Sure majority of them are Arabs but there are millions of non Arab Muslims out there and other than straight up asking what their religion is it would be pretty hard to spot a Muslim on sight if they simply don't dress the part.
