What is the best prepaid cell service for a traveller to USA?
I am traveling from the West Coast to the East Coast of the USA & am looking for a prepaid cell phone service where I will get good reception? Am also looking for a provider that has international SMS/minutes with cheaper rates - Any suggestions?
