Why dont white female feminists complain when they receive special treatment by the media?

I admit I have sympathy for the UNC girl who was slain but what I have a problem with is that the murder of a white woman is seen as more serious as had it been a black woman or a male of any race especially a minority. If white female feminists complain about areas where they are discriminated like pay and promotion why dont they complain that they are overrepresented in news pertaining to murder victims.
