Trying to follow your question is rather difficult. Your spelling is terrible and it is hard to make sense of what you are asking. It seems you want to know how to get back to being friends. Just let her know you were having phone problems and did not intentionally avoid her. She will either accept that or not. If she doesn't then there is not much you can do except move on with your life. You really should work on your grammar and spelling. If you actually write that way you may find it difficult to find good employment. I am not being mean. Just trying to help.
