Can you have a 'Proliferative Endometrium' Biopsy result and be pregnant at the same time?

I asked the nurse if I, (52 with tubes tied but with severe pain for 3 weeks prior 24/7 and ovulating monthly every 25 days); had been pregnant when the Gyne did the endo bx/suction curtegge, she said "she could not say I was not"! They did not do any pregnancy or sonogram test prior and he did say if I had that kind of pain again to come in for a pregnancy test (yes, even though I reminded him he resectioned, clamped and tied my tubes in '96). The pain ended a couple days after the biopsy. I am a Christian and concerned I may have aborted my own child. Any medical folks out there with an opinion? People have said it is delussional to think I could have been pregnant. The path results are supposed to be 90% correct and it did NOT include anything about 'fetal tissue' NOR 'products of conception'. The pregnancy would have only been 5 weeks (includes the two weeks before the unprotected date).
