How Would You Translate These 3 English Phrases Into Perfect French?

I think some of the native French speakers are having trouble with 'never mind' in this context. Here it means 'least of all' - i.e. No chancellor is likely to go, but Angela Merkel is the least likely of all. So in French this might be rendered by 'non moins' perhaps?
