How do you make the perfect Iced Cappuccino?

No, I've never even seen a Tim Horton's - but everyone loves my iced cappuccino. I'm sure a coffee shop would never use instant coffee though. You need brewed ESPRESSO - regular coffee is much too weak and so is milk. I use 3-4 shots of espresso, with a little liquid creamer and a scoop of natural vanilla ice cream - over ice cubes
