So...I'm gonna like detox tomorrow, how should I go about doing it?

Well, lately this past couple of days, I have been eating nothing except for organic pop tarts, corn dogs, and chimmichangas. It has made me extremely backed up, I do not believe I have taken a poo for over a week. I need to detox and get all the crapo out of my system, you know how that goes. So how should I do it? I was thinking of drinking only vegtable and fruit drinks all day tomorrow, like in the juicer and the blender. And I think my parents have some like detox stuff like noni juice or something, so I'm thinking of drinking, like, a whole bottle of that. Maybe downing a couple dozen vitamin C's and chugging some chlorophyll will do the trick. Any suggestions? Like what will REALLY clean out my system, I mean like, I don't even care if it makes me barf and poop for a whole day. I feel like crap. I need to fix this. Does my plan sound good? Does anybody have a better one?
