Do I have a chance of getting into either UNC-CH or Duke?

I have a 3.92 gpa(out of 4.0), I got a 28 on my ACT my 1st try(I registered to retake it) I play basketball(9,10,12) volleyball(9-12) track(11) I am in Spanish Club and NHS I plan to join DECA senior year next year I am taking AP Chemistry AP European History CAPP Composition 2 and CAPP Advanced A Spanish Upon receiving an A or B in Composition 2(which is almost guaranteed) I will get 3 college credits Upon receiving an A or B in Advanced A Spanish(which is almost guaranteed) I will get 18 credits I traveled to Mexico on a school trip and went to a traveler school there for 5 days I received .5 credit I will have 5 credits in science 4.5 in social studies, 4.5 in math 4.5 in Spanish 4 in English 2 in gym and 2 in electives I attend a public WI school My rank is 18/316 I have received academic awards a varsity letter and a teacher recognition award I will be volunteering at the humane society This summer I will be attending the Constructing Your College Experience at Duke University
