It will not make him impotent. It has nothing to do with that. All they do is cut the foreskin. My husband is uncircised. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. It is clean as long as he cleans under the skin, but if your partner has an abnormality with it then it is best he gets it done. Especially if it's going to make it hard for you to conceive.
