I heard that when u drink goat milk that it makes your skin even...is this true?

I have like skin problems in my neck area and some parts are my skin color and some are whiter or darker just like a big birthmark which isnt suppose to be their so does goat milk help clear that up and if it doesnt does anyone know a creme or something that does.....thankyou!!!!!
