Does anyone know what to do my friends bf is driving me crazy?

ok im 12 my bff is datin this guy and theyve been datin for like 5 months. She dumped him a few days ago and they got back again yesterday because he begs her to go out with him and he annoys her so much she eventually says yes. Its not that she doesnt like him i think she kinda does its just its getting really annoying. plus after they broke up my friend was like your rite i wasted 5 months of my life i never should have gone out with him next time ill listen to u...and then she went out with him the next day!!! she really needs help with dumpin him and not sayin yes to him again...wat do i do? and dont say mind your own buisseness cuyz my friend wants me to help her. HELP PLEASE!
